Returnable Items
Returns are only applicable for the standard size and not for the customised size. You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and labels attached. Please ensure that items are free from marks, makeup, perfumes, or other signs of use.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of INR 199 will be deducted from your refund for each item returned. This fee covers the handling, inspection, and inventory costs associated with your return.
How to return your items:
To initiate a return, please email us at care@mellowyears.com with your order number, the details of the item you'd like to return and the reason for the return within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund
We will review your return request and, once approved, will send you instructions on how to send your items back.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 5-10 business days.
For COD orders, we would need your bank details to make sure the refund reaches you.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you are more than welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order for the size or style that you prefer. Please mention this when you contact us about the return at care@mellowyears.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
